Dress up with Rock

So Rock came over and wanted to dress up with Mase and Jensonian the other day. Rock really wanted to be Pooh Bear, that is, until he put the costume on. He was so embarrassed that he kept saying, "Stop looking at me." I told him that I would only take off the costume if I could take some pictures. I honestly could not stop laughing.

Is it Halloween?

No, it's just Young Women. The theme this year for the
youth is the scripture in Mosiah that says, "that ye should be
steadfast and immovable, always abounding in good works."
So, last week we had our New Beginnings meeting and we
all decided to dress up as part of our program. We also had to each decorate
a table in the era we were dressed up in to represent
different styles. The idea was to show that styles come and go
but the gospel remains the same and we should remain steadfast
and immovable in the gospel and with our testimony. It turned out well
and it all looked great BUT...aren't we supposed to be SIMPLIFYING?!!!!!!
It was a lot of work and a lot of stress trying to find everything from the
1920s. Just glad it is over and I can get back to the rest of the things that
keep me busy everyday...

The kids saw this man at the beach on our
trip to Cali and insisted that it was Santa.
They made me take a picture of him to prove
that we really saw Santa. I guess he needed a
little vacation before the busy x-mas season.
